Alderman's Ford Park Ride

The Details:

There are not many places that you can get out and ride and not have to deal with too much traffic, but this little route is one of the better places on the East Side of Tampa Bay. Leaving Riverview you'll encounter some traffic, but it doesn't take long to get into the near countryside all connected by awesome country roads with very light traffic. The pavement is mostly in great shape and most of the roads are all covered by large trees draped in Spanish Moss. Cattle and Agricultural land is abundant with the typical housing community scattered throughout.

The ride takes you to Alderman's Ford Park, where you will find all kinds of activities going on. Hikers, bikers and even kayakers all enjoy the facilities here. Bathrooms are also available.

This is a must do ride if you are anywhere on the East side of Tampa Bay! A great starting point is the Publix at Symmes & 301.
