5 Golden Rules of Camping Courtesy!!
Over the past year, we've seen the single greatest surging influx of first-time RV owners in the history of the lifestyle. When you're new "you don't know what you don't know" -- and that's what this video is all about -- helping new owners understand some of those potentially unspoken "rules" and guidelines of campsite courtesy.
This video was made after receiving countless requests & we'd love it if this were shared thru your social media groups as it really sounds like there are some new members of our camping community out there who could use a hand acclimating to the lifestyle.
And remember -- this is NOT about shaming anyone. We want to encourage, foster, and grow our community. This is about educating and enlightening those who maybe didn't grow up camping but want to get involved!
Thanks for this! I’ll add on one of my personal pet peeves. DO NOT remove deadwood, chop up live wood, or otherwise mess with the vegetation (dead or alive) in the park. The critters and the environment need it, and if everyone starts hauling out a log here and a bundle of twigs there, a year or two later we’re going to have nada. Pick up local firewood in or near the park for your fire!
